I brought my kids to Aranya and we stayed at The King's Hotel.
First off, my conclusion: this hotel still has room for improvement.
The hotel is on a hilltop, so it's very quiet. It's well-maintained, the room had no strange odors, and the decor was really photogenic.
However, because it's on a hilltop, I only recommend it for those who drive to Aranya. Although there's a shuttle bus, it's just not as convenient as having your own car.
The staff are all friendly, but their service awareness could use some strengthening.
For example, I called the hotel a day in advance to request a bed rail and children's toiletries. The hotel representative confirmed they had noted it. Then, upon check-in, the front desk asked if I needed anything, and I repeated my request for the bed rail and toiletries. But! I was in the room for a full thirty minutes, and neither the bed rail nor the children's toiletries were delivered. Finally, I saw the housekeeping auntie outside my door and asked her for them.
Another example: at breakfast the next day, the coffee machine's water reservoir was full and nobody attended to it promptly, and the noodle station ran out of bowls with no one refilling them in time.
I'm not sure if it's an understaffing issue or a team management problem, but all in all, there's definitely room for improvement.
