設施：衹能説非常一般，電視不能看，房間沒電話，聯繫前台衹能通過平台電話撥過去，而且還沒人接，很無語
衞生：差到極點，房間裏還能看到上個住客用過的牙膏，很噁心，牆上不知道什麼東西濺上去都沒弄乾凈
環境：大堂還説的過去，一出了電梯整個走廊昏暗不堪，透露着一股陰森的氣息，到晚上馬桶還自己發出換水的聲音，很恐怖
服務：基本沒啥服務，前台接待也是板着個臉，跟欠她三百萬一樣
平台掛着桂苑，房卡寫的其他酒店名字，毛巾浴巾又是另外一個名字，就很離譜，衹能説大家如果衹是將就睡覺的話可以不考慮這些，其他的話另選別家吧（唯一好處就是有個洗衣機和烘乾機）

非常棒的酒店，每個樓層都有自助充電寶，租賃很方便，房間衞生也打掃得很乾凈，有免費的茶葉茶具，設備夠齊全，電視機高清，在房間一邊看歐洲盃一邊吹空調一邊品茶，簡直不要太爽啦，心水又清準。

一進酒店大廳很有檔次的感覺，裝飾很精緻，行李很多的我很欣慰酒店有電梯，設施齊全到位！房間看起來很清爽，乾淨整潔，出門還有公交站，很方便下次過來還住這裏，推薦！

這家酒店真的超出了我的期待，設施夠齊全，二樓有洗衣機，主要還帶烘乾機，太方便我這個出差人的出行洗衣需求了，房間也乾淨整潔，整體來説我很滿意。

酒店的門口停車方便、停車場還挺大的，女司機也不用特別好技術才能停，酒店設施齊全、有洗衣服的和烘乾機，設計合理，前台服務態度好。

今天帶家人去蓮花山旅遊經過桂苑酒店，酒店房間設施不錯、有茶具前台送了幾包茶葉，可以泡茶聊天、還多送了幾瓶礦泉水，服務很好！
