Stayed here during the fair. Room cleanliness was ok. I did find a cockroach one day coming out of the closet. The cleaner lady joked about it but cleaned it up quickly.
Location is terrible. There is nothing around it. With that said if you know how to use delivery apps you can get most things delivered these days.
Breakfast is extra extra basic. Ok for the price I guess.
The team was great trying to do their job.
Please note that the fitness centre and spa and pool are not included in your booking. I did use the gym but then staff asked me to pay. I cleared with management and told them I won't be using it as I thought it was part of hotel amenities as advertised.
They had a shuttle bus to the Canton fair which was good. 7:30 and 7:50. Which might be a bit too early for some.

It's newly renovated. I always stayed in this hotel before. It's renovated, and the price is expensive. Parking is more convenient. But I said that I will leave the car at the hotel for a few days to help take care of it. It costs 30 yuan a day. It's a bit expensive. Everything else is okay.
