優勢：離漢隆地鐵站近，從g口出到住的地方，從d口出直接到長隆園區；吃飯方便，有美食街；老闆服務周到！
需改進的：裝修時間可能長了，衞生間設施有些舊，空間小！

地理位置很好，周圍環繞上百家餐館，就餐極其方便。離地鐵口步行十分鐘以內，路程也很近。
這個房子特點是樓上樓下都有衞生間和洗面台，這個比較難得，大大提高了居住的方便程度，點贊！
空調感覺可以清潔一下，開機後有異味。樓下衞生間擺放了個小洗衣機，稍顯擁擠，衞生情況有提高的空間。
