Not the best experience. I had to go through Trip.com's customer service to arrange the self check-in, because the property failed to contact me with details even after I'd paid. Entry to the building requires a China ID card (a surprise) so it's unclear if foreigners could enter on their own. The room itself did not live up to the pop and beauty of the photos, and the heating in January was inadequate. Thumbs down.

The apartment is in an excellent location. There are various food options around. Dian Du De is just downstairs. Go to Huacheng Square at night to see the night view of Tianhe District, the small waist, and the night cruise of the Pearl River. The receptionist Yu is very nice. Check-in and check-out and temporary luggage storage are very smooth.
