Later, I asked to change the room, but it was still not cool. (It turned out that all the rooms were air-conditioned and not cool.) The staff added a fan. The weather was 37 degrees, and I spent a night without a quilt. I specially booked a large business room for comfort, but the experience was very poor. Many large trucks drove by on the road after one o'clock in the morning. It was noisy and the sheets were old and had holes. The supporting facilities of the room booked for 355 yuan cannot keep up, and the loss is still a national famous brand chain. It stinks up the brand. I will not live in Vienna in the future.

The carpet has probably not been cleaned since it opened. I don’t mean it has not been vacuumed, but it has not been washed with a carpet cleaner. The carpet is really dirty. If it’s not at night, I definitely won’t live there.
