GHIC The Mulian Hotel of Bio-island Guangzhou（Pazhou Complex）

Having stayed at other hotels, I truly appreciate this one. No need to say more, five-star review! I'll definitely be staying here again. A special shout-out to the front desk lady, nicknamed 'Xiao Zizai' online, for her incredibly efficient service! 👍

The room was clean and tidy, bright and comfortable, with an elegant ambiance, giving a relaxing feel!

Came here for a small gathering with friends and this hotel was a wonderful surprise! The room was spacious and comfortable, with great natural light and ventilation. The bedding was super soft and made for a really comfortable sleep. The common areas were very well-designed, bright, and clean – perfect for taking photos. Both the front desk staff and the cleaning aunties were very enthusiastic and quick to respond to any requests. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I'd definitely choose this place again next time I'm around! Bioland is quiet and not crowded!

Quite a poor experience. The parking lot is at the back, and the front entrance requires payment. The robot delivery was incredibly slow; I even waited an hour and it never arrived. When I called the front desk, they said it wasn't even turned on. How would I know the robot arrived if the doorbell didn't ring? The most serious issues were that the toilet had no ventilation, and some windows lacked curtains, which is a privacy concern. It looks like curtains were originally installed, as there were mounting holes, but for some reason, they were removed.

The room has a very neat and clean layout, which is visually appealing and comfortable. We stayed in a family room, which allowed everyone to have their own private space while still being together in one large room, making communication very convenient.

The room wasn't very big, and there was a smoke smell when I first walked in. I had to run the AC for a long time. Maybe because it was Chinese New Year, the elevator took forever to arrive. The surrounding area is really good though, very quiet and perfect for relaxing.

A hotel on Bio-island, very clean, quiet, and with attentive service. I loved the decor and color scheme. The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too firm. There were also many optional services available, like a robot that helped deliver takeout. It was a very pleasant stay.

This is a great hotel, I stayed here during my postgraduate entrance exam period. They even gave me a small gift. The room environment was excellent and quiet throughout my stay, and it offered great value for money. When I was late coming back from school, the front desk attendant, Xiao Lu, humanely allowed me a late check-out! A truly excellent hotel.

Surrounded by water on all four sides, the island offers a comfortable and pleasant environment with well-maintained greenery and good feng shui. The hotel staff are professional and well-trained, providing excellent service. After a brief discussion, they even helped waive the ground parking fee. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a nice view of the Canton Tower from the window. The breakfast selection was average in terms of variety, but the quality was good, and it was certainly enough to fill you up.
