This is the first time I've ever felt compelled to leave a review! The overall experience was absolutely terrible, no exaggeration needed. I arrived at 8:30 AM, and what they call a hotel is actually more like an apartment. There was no one at the front desk. I called to ask if I could check in, and they said no. Then I asked if I could at least store my luggage. They told me I'd have to wait until after 9 AM. Frustrated, I had to drag my luggage back outside. At this point, I seriously considered canceling and finding another hotel, but I decided against it, thinking of the little tent for my child and the view of the Canton Tower for just one night. So I endured it and didn't cancel. At 9:20 PM, I returned to the front desk, and again, no one. I had to add them on WeChat to communicate and then check myself in. It felt exactly like a regular apartment or homestay. Once I got to the room, I realized to get there, you have to exit the reception area and go into an apartment in the building next door (the soundproofing was awful; I could clearly hear delivery drivers talking in the hallway). Then I noticed there was no small tent. I contacted customer service about it. They said the previous guest had damaged it. They offered me a toy as compensation. I told them I booked this room specifically for that tent, and I wasn't going to be appeased with a cheap toy. I suggested a discount on the room rate instead. At this point, no specific amount was discussed. He said he'd consult with the manager. What happened next is as shown in the picture: they told me if I wasn't satisfied, I should just check out! It was already 10 PM, and they were telling me to leave with my child. What excellent customer service. Then she added, 'If you're not happy, just take it up with the platform,' and then she retracted the message. Of course, I couldn't stand for that. I immediately contacted the platform. During the resolution process, they brought over a small tent, along with the toy they mentioned earlier – indeed, it was just a cheap doll! Then they told the platform that the issue had been resolved! I was furious! I've never encountered such an attitude or such a violent way of handling problems. I have pictures to prove it! And the breakfast I paid for? It turned out to be just bread and a box of plain milk!

The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation access. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and facilities are comprehensive. Staff are warm, attentive, and responsive. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, offering great value for money. Overall, a satisfying experience. Recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

The room was nice, service was good, location great. The only issue I had was the bugs coming out of the bathtub drain. I didn’t dare use it. That aside it was a good stay.

The elevator was broken, and I even paid extra to upgrade my room. I could see the Canton Tower, but the quality of the toothpaste, toothbrush, and slippers in the room was really poor. The towels were old too. Not a comfortable stay.

Came to Guangzhou to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday. I wanted a hotel with a view of Canton Tower, and I fell in love with this one at first sight! The room had an amazing view, you could see the entire Canton Tower, and the decor was really unique. I also slept very comfortably. Most importantly, the price was excellent – compared to other options, it was really affordable. Highly recommend!

𝓅ℴℯ𝓂𝓈 𝒻ℴ𝓇 𝓃𝒾ℊ𝒽𝓉 | Nights are my personal utopia. The 180-degree panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows frame the Canton Tower perfectly right in the room. You can lie in bed and watch it light up from dusk till deep into the night, its colors changing like a private light show. The room is spacious and comfortable, and taking a picture while soaking in the bathtub turns out great every time. It's an 800-meter walk to the base of the tower, so you avoid the crowds and noise. Downstairs, you'll find a subway station and a shopping area, making dining and entertainment super convenient. The apartment building even has its own cafe, which is great for breakfast and light meals. After a long day of exploring, it’s wonderful to just relax and watch a movie. This kind of staycation is truly blissful.

The hygiene was absolutely terrible‼️ I booked a room with a bathtub, but when I ran the water, it just leaked. There were obvious water stains and smudges on the floor near the toilet door, as if it hadn't been mopped properly. The bottom of the toothbrush holder hadn't been wiped in ages and was covered in dust. The kettle was also dirty, and the bed sheets were dirty, with yellowed pillows. I had to sleep on top of the covers all night, wearing long sleeves and long pants, and even used a towel as a pillow 😔... The elevator and hallways reeked of cigarette smoke. I had originally booked for three nights but immediately cancelled the remaining two! Even though the location is good, cleanliness is surely the most basic requirement for a hotel‼️

The location is actually pretty good, you can walk to Canton Tower… but there isn’t much to eat downstairs. You need to walk closer to Canton Tower for more food options… The night view from the room is truly beautiful.

We liked this place, the view is as good as it looks especially during the night. The hotel is in a weird lobby that a shop is there as well, we were a bit confused by it, but the person that did the check in was nice. The only thing was we got asked almost everyday if we want our room to be made, so it was a bit excessive but nevertheless okay as the room was always made. The room is spacious but the bathtub no, so it's only one person at the time. And the breafast was a bit weird, we had to walk 5 mins to a coffee shop, and we got a croissant and coffee

Ladies and gentlemen, please avoid this place! 1. No parking provided; you have to pay for it yourself, and the parking lot is quite a walk from the accommodation. 2. Breakfast is served at another restaurant across the street, and it's not a buffet. They give you a set meal: 2 slices of toast, one egg, and a small cup of milk – a tiny portion, like a diet meal. 3. Online check-in is required. I arrived late that day and only then found out I needed to add them on WeChat to check in online, and then still had to find parking. It wasted a lot of time. 4. The room's soundproofing is terrible, and the cleanliness is even worse. There was a layer of dust on the TV, the vanity, and the toilet, indicating it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The towels in the bathroom were black. 5. It's very unsafe. The front desk on the first floor is still under renovation, and there's no key card access. Anyone can go upstairs without needing to register, which is a major security risk. Ladies, steer clear!

They didn't tell me where breakfast was served, nor did they ask if I'd arrived by car. I had to ask about breakfast myself, and only then did they tell me. I saw a sign at the front desk: 'Free parking for 5-star reviews.' I specifically asked if a good review would get me free parking and how it worked. The front desk said to leave a review on the original platform, and they'd refund the money around 2 PM. So, the next morning, I drove out of the parking lot, only to be told: 'The car has already left the parking lot, so it can't be entered into the system.' Seriously, why didn't they tell me this at check-in? I had to pay 80 yuan for parking myself. This is absolutely terrible!
