7 Days Smart Hotel Guangzhou Beijing Road Subway Station Tianzi Wharf

The room was clean and tidy. The lobby offered amenities like a coffee machine and hot water dispenser, and luggage storage was available. The room wasn't huge, but it was really good! However, the downstairs corridor had a very strong odor. Also, the lighting options were either completely off or just one extremely bright light. For this price, being able to walk to Tianzi Bridge Pier in under 2 minutes is fantastic. Even though it's in an inner alley, it's still quite a busy area.

The room was clean and tidy, the service was warm and attentive, and the location was excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. I had a very comfortable stay and highly recommend it! It was much better than I expected and offered great value for money.

The location is excellent! It's right out of Exit A1 of Beijing Road subway station. Just walk straight, then you'll see a sign, turn left, and it's down a small alley. It's been recently renovated, and all the facilities are brand new! Even the curtains are electric, which is perfect! I got a great deal when I booked, haha. The hairdryer in the bathroom is powerful, so it dries thick hair quickly. However, there's no hand soap or disposable soap provided at the sink, which I suggest adding. I do have a complaint about the 'call front desk' function on the bedside table. I ran out of tissues and wanted staff to bring some up, but the call connected me to an AI robot. I described that I needed tissues. The robot arrived the first time, but when I opened the door, there was nothing. So, ten minutes later, I tried again, hoping for a different outcome. The robot came again, and when I opened the door, it had brought a bottle of water... (Maybe I wasn't clear enough). Anyway, I gave up and decided to ask the front desk for tissues when I went out and came back. One last thing: even though the hotel has robots, they don't deliver takeout (there's a notice on the robot saying there might be conflicting instructions). So, the delivery person has to bring it directly to your room 😂

The stay was excellent! While the hotel is a little off the main road, that didn't detract from the experience at all. For a city like Guangzhou, where space is at a premium, I truly believe this is the best value-for-money hotel. The lobby is spacious and clean, and the staff at the front desk, both male and female, were all uniformly dressed and offered smiling service. The hotel is clearly well-managed. If I get the chance to visit Guangzhou again, I'll definitely be staying here.

My stay here was fantastic! The hotel's location is superb, just a few minutes' walk to Beijing Road subway station and Tianzi Wharf, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the pedestrian street and taking a Pearl River night cruise. The rooms are newly renovated, simple yet elegant, and impeccably clean, with soft and comfortable bedding. Facilities are excellent, the WiFi is fast, and the bathroom has a great wet/dry separation. Plus, there's plenty of natural light and good ventilation. The front desk staff were warm and helpful, making check-in very efficient. It's a quiet oasis in a lively area, offering incredible value for money. Definitely my top choice for future trips to Guangzhou! I'll be staying here again next time.

The room was spotless and had everything I needed, despite being on the smaller side. The robot service was a convenient touch. My only minor complaint is that the sound insulation from the windows and walls could be better. I hope they can improve that.
