Chimelong Xiangjiang Hotel

Stayed two nights at Chimelong with the kids during the summer holiday. After weighing our options, we chose Xiangjiang. The room size was just okay, but we mainly picked it because ordering takeout was easier outside the park. The hotel provided plenty of drinking water, and there was a daily mini-bar. The bathroom amenities were sufficient for two adults and two children. We opted for the breakfast package, which meant we could only have the buffet and couldn't go to the external dim sum restaurant – that was a bit of a misstep. The included breakfast was very run-of-the-mill, with staples making up most of the offerings. For dinner, we tried pre-paying for a set meal; the portion size was decent, but everything was pre-made. Any leftover credit could be used for bread and coffee at the lobby. We visited three theme parks and saw the grand circus. It was a bit disappointing due to heavy rain, but large crowds are to be expected during summer vacation, so be prepared. The hotel shuttle bus was quite convenient. Overall, it was okay, but next time I'll probably consider staying within Chimelong.

I brought my child to Chimelong and booked the Xiangjiang Hotel because I heard it was very convenient for dining and other amenities. I'm so glad I made the right choice! First of all, all the staff were very friendly. The hotel was clean and tidy. I booked the Tiger Room, and as soon as the elevator doors opened, a wonderful aroma greeted us. The room was fully equipped, and the atmosphere was fantastic with cute animal murals on the walls. There's a cartoon projector light at the entrance which my child loved. The room had plenty of storage space, easily accommodating our suitcases and stroller. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation, and the housekeeping staff cleaned meticulously every day. Any requests for supplies were quickly responded to by the front desk, and the service was very efficient. Oh, and today we requested a late check-out until 2 PM, which gave us plenty of time to rest. I will definitely stay here again next time!

The room was quite new, clean, and tidy. Both adults and our two children were very satisfied. There were also some thoughtful details, like complimentary laundry detergent and free drinks in the fridge. The service was excellent too. The hotel is very close to the animal park, within walking distance, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. We'll definitely choose this place again next time.

The room is much better than Zhuhai Circus Hotel. Food delivery is inconvenient as they don't deliver. Taxis to the park are very convenient. Breakfast is also good, and you can get a discount at 'Taste Giraffe' with the hotel's special offer.

The hotel's hygiene was excellent, and the service was great too. The breakfast was delicious, and the dinner buffet was also quite good, offering good value for money. The kids had a fantastic time. The hotel is conveniently located, just about a 10-minute walk to the zoo, so there's no need to wait for a shuttle. The garden fish pond outside the hotel lobby is also very beautiful.

The hotel was very comfortable to stay in. The breakfast and the dim sum at the Chinese restaurant were both great. It was also convenient to order takeout. There's a shuttle bus for getting around, and we had a ticket package that allowed unlimited access, so the kids had a blast! My child left something in the lobby during our stay, and the staff resolved it very promptly, which I'm very grateful for!

The room was beautiful and the animal theme was adorable. It was well-equipped, very clean, and I slept comfortably. The service was thoughtful and attentive; they offered free luggage storage and even upgraded my room for free! Two days for exploring wasn't nearly enough time – you really need a full day for each of the four parks. I'll definitely be back!

Chimelong Xiangjiang Hotel offers excellent,人性化的 service, especially for families with children. The rooms are thoughtfully equipped with disposable toiletries for kids, and even a small bathrobe, which was a lovely touch. Plus, the free shuttle bus to the zoo and other parks is super convenient!

I specifically chose the Xiangjiang Parent-Child Hotel for a trip with my kids, and I genuinely recommend it to all families with children. The Kids' Fun Zone on the first floor is free to use and has building blocks, picture books, and educational toys. The hotel also regularly hosts animal-themed craft activities. My child could spend an entire afternoon there, giving parents a chance to relax. The hotel staff are all incredibly kind to children; they greet them proactively when they enter. Check-in was fast and efficient, and my child was thrilled as soon as we entered the room. The entire room was very clean, the bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was good, so we had a very peaceful night's sleep.
