One&One International Hotel Apartment

The apartment we chose for our family trip is located right by the Beijing road. The surrounding attractions are perfect for family outings, and walking around is not tiring. The housekeeper was very considerate and could be contacted whenever needed. The apartment features a disinfection cabinet, which makes it easy to sanitize baby utensils. The refrigerator can store snacks and fresh milk. The entire apartment is exceptionally clean, with no debris on the floor, dry bathrooms, and a comfortable and reassuring environment for families with children.

The location is exceptional, situated right next to Beijing Road, making it convenient for travel and leisure activities. It’s particularly suitable for tourists. The service is thoughtful and efficient, with a straightforward check-in and check-out process. The rooms are well-equipped with essential amenities, highly functional, and the entire property is clean, tidy, free of stains and hair, providing a comfortable and reassuring living experience.

Overall, everything was satisfactory! The location is exceptional, right next to Beijing Road, with a concentration of attractions and convenient transportation. It’s perfect for tourists to stay. The service staff were friendly and patient, making the entire experience very hassle-free. The appliances and facilities were brand new and comprehensive, making daily life extremely convenient. The cleaning was meticulous, with the countertops, floors, and bathrooms all being clean and bright. The living experience was particularly comfortable.

The front desk service is excellent. The apartment is peaceful amidst the hustle and bustle, situated close to the Beijing Road business district. It offers comprehensive access to dining, entertainment, and attractions. The front desk staff will enthusiastically recommend local delicacies. Free laundry facilities are available, the refrigerator has ample storage space, and the entire area is clean and tidy, providing an excellent living experience.

The hotel is conveniently located and easily accessible from the metro station by escalator or lift, which was especially important for me as I was travelling with my mum. For elderly guests, having easy access to escalators and lifts is very helpful, especially when walking long distances or climbing stairs may be difficult. There are also many food options nearby, making meals very convenient. Another plus point is the laundry service: the staff will collect your laundry, wash it, and return it to you by the end of the day. This saved us the hassle of having to queue for a washing machine. The only issues we experienced were that the fridge was not cold enough, so we could not store food properly, and the toilet wall was quite translucent, which felt a little awkward for us as Asians.

I stayed with my family It was pleasant and the room was spacious with 2 double beds, and was having a nice laundry facilities as well.
