The hotel was nice and free upgraded a premium room. Premium room is much bigger and so nice and contains a desk for little office , breakfast is delicious. The porter Service is good too. We will book one more night before go hongkong . There is a Philippines general consulate office on 21st floor, same building as this hotel and easy to walk to the Philippines general consulate office for visa

Hotel Crowne plaza is a good and traditional hotel. The rooms are very spacious. Large and comfortable However, the entire hotel would need refurbishment as it's getting old. Toilets were clogged and TV image was blurry. Also it was impossible to heat the room.

If you're planning to explore the bustling clothes market in Jinmei, this hotel is perfectly situated. The rooms are incredibly spacious, and you'll find convenient shops nearby. I was really impressed by how clean and well-maintained both the hotel and the rooms were.

Normally staying in this hotel when visiting Guangzhou but this time they checked me in unclean room and I had to change it which wasted a day

Wonderful service! Hotel was very spacious and clean. Room service brought us warm milk for the baby at bedtime. The views from the hotel rooms are spectacular. Would recommend again and again

Yannes was absolutely amazing. She really  made us feel  at home and was super professional. We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. It is close to amenities and the service was excellent. Keep up the good work.

Great location for connecting old and new town in Guangzhou. Hotel is clean and well-maintained despite being over 10 years old. Staff was helpful in arranging my parents on the same floor. Suggestion: Improve the kids' playground for a better family experience. Overall, a wonderful stay!
