The Westin Guangzhou

The service was great, and the hotel isn't far from the metro station. My kids absolutely loved the swimming pool. We just didn't have enough time to fully enjoy all the hotel had to offer. The environment was particularly nice, and everything was clean. Definitely worth recommending.

An old-school five-star hotel. While the facilities are a bit dated, the service is still excellent. Parking is very convenient and they have fast charging. The breakfast spread is quite good too. It's even more affordable if you catch it during a promotion.

This stay was a huge improvement over my last one – no noise at all, and the room was so quiet. The orientation was great too. A special thank you to the lovely lady at the front desk who checked me in; she was incredibly understanding. And also to 'Jasmine' from the executive floor – she thought of every little detail for me. Because you arranged everything so perfectly this time, I couldn't resist staying an extra day! 😊 Westin Hotel, your biggest strength is how you always promptly address guest feedback and make improvements. We booked this hotel specifically for the 40th-floor kids' club, but it turned out to be a bit of a letdown. We came to Guangzhou with our child, and after seeing many reviews praising the Westin's indoor kids' club on the 40th floor, we decided to stay here. Unfortunately, the kids' club was quite disappointing – there was a strong, pungent smell inside. I'm not sure if it's been recently renovated, but even as an adult, I felt a bit dizzy after a few minutes, let alone letting my child play in there. On top of that, it only opens at 12 PM daily, and there wasn't a single staff member in sight, which honestly made me a bit uneasy. However, putting the kids' club aside, the rest of the hotel was excellent. Our stay on the executive floor was very satisfying, with attentive service. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, with plenty of options for both adults and children. The location is also very convenient, close to shopping and dining. While the heated pool isn't huge, the water temperature was comfortable and perfectly adequate for children to splash around in. Overall, if you're booking this hotel solely for the kids' club, like we did, you might want to reconsider. I hope the hotel addresses the indoor air quality issue, as health and safety are paramount when traveling with children. However, if you're here for a business trip or prioritize the executive benefits, this hotel is definitely worth staying at.

Our whole family had a wonderful time visiting Guangzhou, and we're so glad we chose the Westin Guangzhou Hotel 🏨 It's within walking distance of Guangzhou East Railway Station, and there are plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. Service: The service was incredibly thoughtful. It was my first time receiving a handwritten note, and it truly touched my heart and made me feel so warm. Facilities: The room was very spacious, and all the amenities were great 👍 The breakfast selection and quality were both excellent.

The staff were warm and attentive, the hotel lobby and rooms were clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was excellent. The rooms were spacious, and the rooftop garden offered beautiful scenery and fresh air. It's a great place to stay for a trip.

The front desk kindly upgraded us to a Vibrant Twin room, which was really spacious. The facilities were a little dated, but it didn't affect our stay at all. Breakfast was decent, and the bedding felt pretty good overall. My family loves tea, and every time we called for service, they were incredibly attentive. The surrounding area is also very convenient for getting around. Overall, it met our expectations and was a pleasant stay.
