Guangzhou Marriott Hotel Tianhe

The location is fantastic, right downstairs from Zhengjia Plaza, Parc Central, and TeeMall. It's so convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around. The service was also excellent; they upgraded my room, and any missing items were promptly replenished. The swimming pool water temperature was just right. Both the front desk staff and the baggage handlers were very dedicated to their work. Breakfast was typical for a five-star hotel. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The moment I opened the room door, I was hit by a strong musty smell. This place has been open for over a decade, isn't it time for a renovation? I love shopping at Parc Central and it's still next to Miniso Land, so I always stayed here whenever I came to Guangzhou. But now I'll have to find a new hotel! I really can't stand that persistent musty odor.

A truly wonderful trip!! The hotel is conveniently located right below Zhengjia Plaza, which is a fantastic and lively downtown area in Guangzhou. It's incredibly easy to go shopping at the mall or head to Liuyun Community for drinks and food. The subway is right outside, and you can even get your Hong Kong and Macau visa endorsements done nearby. As an established five-star hotel, it boasts comprehensive facilities, making for a very comfortable and relaxed stay. While not overly lavish, the staff training is exceptional; they are attentive without being intrusive, demonstrating excellent service awareness. The Cantonese restaurant serves delicious and authentic cuisine. This time, my window overlooked the facade of a commercial building, offering a beautiful nightly light display that was stunning to look at but didn't disturb my sleep at all.

Overall, a fantastic experience! The hotel's location is superb, right next to Zhengjia Plaza, surrounded by a lively atmosphere with all sorts of dining, entertainment, and shopping options just a stone's throw away. It's incredibly convenient. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The hotel was fully booked due to a concert, so the front desk kindly upgraded me to an executive suite, which I really appreciated! 🙏 **Amenities:** Fantastic! The in-room Jacuzzi and dryer were incredibly practical. **Cleanliness:** Five-star standard. Having two bathrooms in the suite was very convenient. **Environment:** Located on the 21st floor, it was very quiet. **Service:** Excellent! I left an earring in the room when I checked out, and they found it and brought it to my door. Breakfast was extensive, but during peak holiday times, it gets very crowded with queues, so it's best to go during off-peak hours.

Came to Tianhe Sports Center for Xue Zhiqian's concert and did some sightseeing. Booked a deluxe twin room a few days in advance. The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel thoughtfully arranged a room with a view of the Sports Center. Although the self-service breakfast was busy, the dining order was well-maintained. The front desk staff were all very warm and friendly. My daughter is already looking forward to staying here again next time! 😊
