The hotel is very close to the ski area. It’s just 5-8 mins walk, so it’s very convenient if the key activity is skiing. The room is clean but the only issue is the sound proofing is not good and so it’s a bit noisy esp at late night.

The hotel is located close to the shopping mall and there are many playgrounds nearby. Very convenient. It is clean and tidy, with big room.

As one of the better hotels in that area, of the 4 nights we stay, the room make up never have the cups washed or spoon cleaned. The scale was broken, and the cabinet door holding the fridge need to be opened to keep the fridge cool. The bedsheets were never changed despite we did not put the “no change sheet” card on the bed. Also the mattress was quite hard. However in view of the convenience to Bonski, it might be still a good choice to stay in.

Good for indoor ski nearby. A localised hotel catching up with international standard. I hope the efficiency can be improved but staff are generally nice and willing to help. Thanks for the late check out as we have kids. One of the lady check in counter staff on duty at 4-5pm on 7/2/2025 was super kind to have helped my elderly mom, highly appreciated her help.

A first time visit to Huadu and must stay hotel. Excellent location and walkable distance to Sports World and Hot Miracle Ski world. It's great for first time visit. Also, the Chinese restaurant food is outstanding in taste and presentation. The massage at hotel is also very relaxing. Everyone from young to old enjoyed our family trip.

A nice and comfortable stay. Breakfast is quite good as well. They also offer shuttle bus to and from hotel and malls.

The hotel is very close to the indoor skiing place, about 5-10 minutes' walk. The amenities are new, and the rooms are clean.

We stayed at the Steigenberger Guangzhou for one night only due to the hotel we booked for our stay in Huadu District was fully booked as we decided last minute to stay an extra night. The hotel room were smaller than the previous one in which we stayed. But overall the staff were very nice and courteous, check in time is usually at 3pm. We arrive at the hotel around 12:30pm, think of storing our luggages in the hotel until check in. We didn't need to wait until then, the staff checked us in straight away, saying the rooms were ready. It was so nice of them. Had a lovely night at the hotel, apart from our balcony view was looking into the main entrance of the hotel courtyard. We were hoping for the back view like our previous hotel, which was beautifully lit up at night. Had a lovely surprise when we first checked into our room. Loved the welcome greeting that greeted us. Sorry that we didn't take much photos, can't upload much about the hotel. Would definitely recommend to friends and family if visiting Huadu District in Guangzhou.
