Location is strategic, with metro stations nearby and also offer shuttle to canton fair, rooms were large, located inside a residential building with dedicated floor for hotel, breakfast selection is good. Staff is excellent and caring

Good looking in the photo, however furniture is very old, carpet is old, bed is old, covered with a nice bed cover which doesn’t compensate the quality of the furniture and the air. Poor air quality, staff are helpful and they do their best to support the guests however in the end you go to your room with an old furniture which doesn’t help much. It looks fanatic on the photo but it’s not. Smells of Cigarette is quite strong of that matters to you. I won’t go there again and won’t recommend this building.

The room is big enough for 2 people, but too big for one person 😆. It’s located near to the popular mall, I take a walk everyday. I recommend this hotel.

Located in a commercial building, shared lift with the office crowd. Posters on lift doors to inform on the crowded timings so we can avoid taking the lifts at those timings. Room is spacious (Panaroma Double Room) with a bathtub. Bathtub is a small to fit an adult. Basic amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste and toiletries are given and topped up daily during housekeeping. No fridge in the room but we requested at the reception counter and they promptly got the housekeeping team to deliver to our room. Hotel WiFi is separated (Main lobby and room are separate WiFi). Hotel WiFi is unable to browse Facebook/Instagram/TikTok, would suggest to use own data passport to browse. Reception staff and housekeeping staff are extremely friendly and polite. Would go out of their ways to make our stay pleasant.

Miss Helan was very cooperative and talking very good English, she must be owner or General Manager, she has helped me a lot. The location is excellent. The front desk do not talk English. Indian Debit or credit card is not working. Sport City is on walking distance.

The environment and facilities are good, clean and sanitary, with convenient transportation. There are complete catering and supermarket facilities around. The hotel front desk and security services are good. The breakfast is delicious. I will stay here again next time.
