Guangzhou Baiyun International Convention Center LN Dongfang Hotel

I usually come here for work meetings, so it's always a rush. This time, I specifically brought my child on a Saturday for pure relaxation, focusing on a slow-paced, chill vacation. We happened to arrive during a typhoon, and the cool mountain breeze from Baiyun Mountain outside the window completely set the mood. The hotel environment is serene and quiet, far from the hustle and bustle. The guest rooms are well-lit and spacious, making our stay exceptionally comfortable. I must especially commend all the staff for their gentle and heartwarming service: During check-in, front desk staff Yao Sheng and Liu Zhaohan were patient and meticulous, communicating in a gentle and thoughtful manner. They even proactively offered us a free room upgrade, which was a huge surprise! Duty managers Xiao Wang and Liu Weilun, and front desk staff Xiao Wu, were hospitable throughout our stay, promptly responding to any requests. Their sincere and polite demeanor made us feel completely at home. We spent the typhoon day relaxing and strolling around the hotel, clearing our minds. The mountain breeze was incredibly therapeutic. The room had excellent soundproofing, ensuring our rest was undisturbed. The comprehensive facilities, including the pool and sports venues, were perfect for a relaxing time with the kids. I've always appreciated the hotel's hardware and location, but this leisure stay truly impressed me with its meticulous service. It's suitable for both business trips and family relaxation. It has now become our top choice for short family getaways, and we'll definitely be back!

As expected from a high-star hotel, the service and hygiene were impeccable. My mother and her friends were attending a concert at the venue here, which made it super convenient. You can even hike up to Baiyun Mountain Park from behind the hotel, where the air is really fresh. The hotel itself is large and modern, and it's also close to the subway station.

The check-in process was smooth and satisfactory. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and parking was convenient. I'd definitely recommend this place.

The environment is great, and the rooms are clean. The hotel is very close to Baiyun Mountain. Duty managers Liu Weilun and Xiao Peng provided excellent service. They communicated with me beforehand to arrange the room, and on the day of check-out, they even asked if I needed a late check-out. It was a very thoughtful gesture.

This hotel deserves a full five stars! Initially, I didn't have high expectations since I had only booked a standard room. However, the duty manager, Liu Weilun, called me a day in advance to ask about my room preferences. Upon check-in, I was upgraded to a deluxe king room with an incredibly spacious view. The interior decor is also very tasteful! The Kapok flowers and Manchu window wall hangings, both featuring Lingnan elements, are particularly eye-catching. The overall color scheme is my beloved 'Maillard style,' with a consistent palette from the cabinets to the flooring and throw pillows. The bedding quality is superb; I'd been having trouble sleeping recently, but I fell asleep instantly here! Many thanks to Xiao Peng and Manager Liu for their thoughtful service!

This was my second stay at the Baiyun International Convention Center Hotel. Upon check-in, I noticed the drain was a bit clogged, but the staff resolved it incredibly quickly. They even offered to move me to another room, but since the issue was fixed so fast, there was no need. Afterwards, they proactively sent up a fruit platter. A big thank you to Duty Manager Liu Weilun and Xiao Peng for their warm and attentive service. The swimming pool water was clean and odorless, and the breakfast, predominantly Cantonese, was fantastic – the freshly made rice rolls were very thin and soft, and the beef tripe was absolutely delicious.

The hotel contacted me in advance to ask about my accommodation needs. Since Building 1 was fully booked during the conference, Zheng and Peng, the lobby managers on duty, upgraded my friend and me, and even sent us welcome fruits. I'm very grateful for the hotel's thoughtful and meticulous service. The room was in a Chinese style, which I love, and the soundproofing was excellent, as was the internet speed. It was a fantastic stay!

There was still a previous guest's takeout in the room, and they wouldn't even let me switch rooms. This is ridiculous; how can they even run a hotel like this and make money?
