I am really speechless about the hotel. Stayed for 3 consecutive periods during the Canton Fair. In the first period, the hair dryer in Building 1 was broken and the socket beside the bed was broken. There was a shabby and musty smell inside. In the second period, I upgraded to the room in Building 5, which was so small that everything except the TV was there. The facilities are described as shabby. The phone is also broken. The waiter was completely misleading and told me that the last shuttle bus to the exhibition hall was at 10 o'clock, but when I went down, it was gone at 9.30. I had to take a taxi to the exhibition hall. The third bus was still on the 5th. I just checked in and called the front desk at about 5 o'clock. Now it's after 9 o'clock in the evening and more than 4 hours have passed and it still hasn't been delivered. The concierge asked if there was any express delivery and told me that there was no delivery. I searched for it in the mail room for a long time and didn't go back to the concierge. Where, the front desk tries to play games with the waiters of this hotel. I can only describe it as speechless, and I like to mislead people. I will never choose this hotel again. There are too many choices in this area now.
