房間和圖片描述一致，房間裝修新，乾淨整潔。房東也非常好説話，找不到前台，還親自下來帶路，而且，附加的小請求，嬰兒推車也滿足了我們在廣州徒步帶娃的需求，退房的時候還寄存了一下行李，房東還幫把行李拿到指定位置，總的來説是非常滿意的一次訂房體驗。

離大馬戲步行十分鐘左右，飛鳥樂園打車15-20分鐘，野生動物園打車10-15分鐘，周邊有一些早餐店還可以。
衞生間味道比較大，洗手池下水有點慢，排風扇最後一天可能是因為風大，撞得很響。
小一點的那個房間裏的空調聲音特別大，會影響睡眠。
客服消息回的不太及時，有急事還是打電話更快一些，中間出了點小問題，及時解決了，態度還不錯。

第二次來廣州，覺得廣州的人有點冷漠。之前來很熱情。第一次詢問事情，打電話告知要加微信聯繫，説實話感覺有點怪。太生硬。到了以後房間還可以。沒有窗紗。突然發現門上有個小洞。給客服打電話詢問，客服直接説，要不我退您房款。天哪，不想着第一時間解決嗎？誰説房款便宜，難道就是做一季生意嗎？掛電話沒有五分鐘，結果收拾衞生的阿姨來了，這速度未免太快了。結果來的打掃衞生的阿姨，特別感動。阿姨説，姑娘你自己帶孩子別折騰了，説我看了這一層，都有小洞。是因為換了密碼鎖造成的。我去拿膠帶幫你粘上，樓道有攝像頭不用擔心安全。這下我沒有退房。唯一欣慰的就是這個阿姨。阿姨説，我們的宗旨是客户住的高興。這覺悟真高。微信聯繫和電話，都沒説寄存行李九點開始，説是當地文化，9點很早了。如果早告知可以理解。後來説讓阿姨幫忙拿過去。希望客服可以提高一下能力，在與人溝通上面不用那麼生硬。什麼事情都是想辦法解決的，而不是退錢了事。這個價格忍了。
