The hotel is conveniently located, easy to find, near the train station, the staff is lovely and friendly, the rooms are very clean, spacious and modern!

My stay in this hotel was very bad and as soon as I arrived the receptionist asked me why I booked for one day and this matter has nothing to do with any guest and how many days he booked.. Then she took our passports and after she finished she came to take a picture of me with her phone and I refused and said that this is among the laws of Guangzhou and all hotels and I told her that it is the first time I heard of this law in China and she said if you do not take a picture I will inform the police to come and take a picture of you and I did not understand why this attack and in the end she said this child is your child what is this stupidity and she has the passports and all the information.. How can the hotel employ employees who do not know how to deal with the guest.. I do not advise anyone to stay in this hotel it is not safe

Regarding information security and employee professionalism, the hotel strictly follows the regulations of the public security department and only verifies the original document before returning it immediately; This incident exposed a training loophole, and we have set up a special team to rectify it. The room was clean, spacious and the hotel was extremely well equipped. There was also a free laundromat and gym on the 9th floor. We booked a Duluxe 2-bed room, with 2 double beds. Even though the room was for 3 people as listed on Trip, they were able to accommodate 4 for free. Thanks for the great service thus far!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel during the Canton Fair. Its convenient location allows for easy walks to a shopping mall and places like KFC. Getting around was simple with readily available DiDi, taxis, and the train. While the soundproofing in the rooms wasn't the strongest, it didn't bother me. Breakfast was a decent Chinese buffet, and the coffee machine made good coffee. The free and punctual shuttle service to the Canton Fair was a definite plus. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help. The free laundry room was useful, and having our clothes folded by staff was a lovely touch. Special thanks to PJ (who speaks fluent English), Lili, Coco, and Yang for their excellent service. The hotel manager's welcoming presence each day was also appreciated. We would happily stay here again.

Convenient location with nearby access to train station. Room is ok but can be noisy if ppl walk by or next door shower however provided ear plugs in case.

I stayed here for 3 days. They said that there is no coffee because the Chinese people are mostly camping here. When we asked for coffee, it was specially prepared. If you stay in the same room for more than one night, it is cleaned once every 3 days. The hotel manager came to explain that special coffee is not available in every room and gave us a free breakfast. Please come because it is very clean and has warm-hearted employees.
