The location is very good because of proximity to a lot of shops, malls and restaurants. The staff need to abit more friendly. Mia (a staff at the reception) was quite pleasant. The cleaners do not do a thorough job. They change the sheets and sometimes forget to dust the furniture, or replace the shower gel, or replace the toilet roll, or clean the floor. A dirty floor towel was placed in my bathroom ones and sometimes no floor towel at all. For 2 days the cleaner forgot to replace my shower gel. Thankfully I had my bathing soap. The food was good. After awhile, I got tired of the meals because there wasn’t so much variety. I spent 3 weeks there and I would rate it 7/10.

The front desk staff was very professional and kind. I felt welcomed as I stepped in. The lobby had this beautiful aroma/fragrance which added to the whole atmosphere. The location is perfect, close to the subway and tons of restaurants that serve different cuisines. The room was well maintained with super helpful ladies. I'd go back to this hotel 🏨.
