Biquan Kongzhong Hot Spring Hotel

The hotel looked better in the pictures than in real life! Honestly, the overall environment was decent, and there were several pleasant surprises during our stay, like the afternoon tea included in our package and the fruit platter specially provided at the hot spring. However, the downside was the hotel staff's somewhat aggressive upselling. They offered us a room upgrade but wanted an additional 80 yuan per hot spring tub (even though the room I booked already had a private tub!). Also, we had to pay extra for our child exceeding the limit, and this was only for a single entry (a multi-entry pass cost over 100 yuan per person, with no discount for hotel guests). What was even funnier was that each room was limited to 4 bottles of mineral water. We took 5 bottles the first night because we needed more water after using the hot spring, and then they wouldn't give us any more the next day! On checkout day, I wanted to take two bottles of water, but the front desk didn't even have any. Oh well, it's not like we're desperate for those two bottles. Overall, I'd say the hotel lacks generosity. I probably won't be booking here again!

The room was very spacious, and the terrace overlooked the infinity pool, directly facing the Liuxi River. There was even a small beach right across the river, and we were lucky enough to see someone setting off fireworks at night. The service was excellent. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, which was fantastic! 👍🏻 It would be even better if the two 1.35m beds were replaced with 1.5m ones, as that would make the value for money even higher. Overall, I was very satisfied.

Soaking in the hot springs was incredibly relaxing, and the service was excellent. The staff in both the hot spring area and the restaurant were fantastic, even bringing us fruit and small gifts. Highly recommend!

Arrived at 4 PM but didn't get a room until 5 PM. The room was quite clean, and the service was good. However, there aren't many hot spring pools inside the hotel. For family trips, I'd still recommend Hehui or Forest Sea. Eating out nearby is very convenient, and the breakfast buffet was quite extensive.

This was my second stay here. The hot spring water leaves your skin feeling incredibly smooth, and the buffet and activities are very extensive. The room balcony offers a beautiful view. The front desk staff are dedicated and responsible. I'll definitely be back again.

The hotel has a beautiful environment and excellent service. Especially after soaking in the hot springs, I went to the lounge. The staff member there had a great attitude, personally brought fruit to my seat, and even offered some blessings. She deserves praise.
