The residence was incredibly quiet, and I especially want to thank Chelsea for her wonderfully warm service—she was so thoughtful! It's also much quieter than a regular hotel, and you need a key card to access the upper floors, which provides much better privacy. I'll definitely be back!

The environment and hygiene are good in all aspects, but there was an issue with parking fees. We had two cars, and when we were about to leave, they said only one car could be exempted from the fee. I specifically asked about parking fees during check-in, and they just said to register the license plates, without mentioning it was only for one car. What's wrong with two people staying and parking two cars? So stingy!

The cloud-top view is absolutely stunning, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows looking directly onto the Pearl River. The room amenities are complete, with a kitchen and washer/dryer, making it feel just like home. Special thanks to Betsy at the front desk for her patient and meticulous check-in process, and to our butler Sia Melody for her prompt and thoughtful responses throughout our stay. Her service was gentle and professional, making our stay comfortable and reassuring. We'll definitely choose this place again next time we're in Guangzhou!

Celebrating my birthday, I chose the Rosewood Residences for my weekend getaway, and it's always my top pick in Guangzhou! The location is super convenient, and the facilities and environment are excellent. What really stands out is the thoughtful service, especially from Skylar. Every time I check in, she intuitively knows my preferences, arranging a high-floor room, providing extra bottled water, and offering helpful tips for my stay. It truly makes me feel at home. I'll definitely be back!

The service throughout my stay was attentive and warm, making for a very comfortable experience. Betsy was also very helpful and friendly during check-out. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered excellent privacy. My 'cloud-level' stay was truly exceptional, and I'm extremely satisfied! Highly recommended.

This is more of a serviced apartment experience, and while the service management is still quite good, the facilities are a bit old, and the layout is a bit confusing. The main thing is that there are too many food delivery lockers downstairs, so always make sure to ask for clear instructions when getting your delivery.

Facilities: Old and run-down. The air conditioning was leaking, the carpet hadn't been changed and smelled awful 💩, and the floors creaked. Hygiene: So-so. Environment: They wouldn't let me have food delivered up to my room, and there was no robot delivery service. The AC hummed and leaked – almost made me slip and hit my head! The TV was tiny, and the windows were so dusty I couldn't see out. Honestly, for 1788 yuan a night, I could've done so much better. First off, the moment you walk into the lobby, that carpet absolutely stinks. I'm not exaggerating; if anyone thinks that carpet is fine, I'll eat my hat! And every night, they'd be washing the lobby floor – seriously? I ordered takeout, and there was no robot to bring it up. The hotel slippers were those flimsy, white, absorbent ones. I asked the delivery guy to leave my food at the front desk downstairs, but the staff wouldn't allow it and wouldn't bring it up either. My god, I just wanted to watch the World Cup! Navigating this place is a nightmare; you have to take three different elevators to get from the 'residence' part down to the first floor. It takes at least 5 minutes just to get downstairs! Staying in the 'residence' is like staying in a serviced apartment, but it feels like a second-class experience. It's only about 500 yuan cheaper than the main hotel, but the hassle of getting around here alone is enough to kill any enjoyment. I usually stay in Liede next door. Today, I invited a friend from Shenzhen to stay at what's supposedly Guangzhou's 'most amazing' hotel, the Rosewood, and it was a total disaster. Enough said, I'm not going to dwell on it. Whoever wants to stay here, be my guest, haha! Afterward, a manager or supervisor called and offered to upgrade my room if I stay again. Thanks, but no thanks! At this price point and with this environment, I genuinely can't afford to stay here. I rarely write reviews, but I just remembered this whole ordeal and felt compelled to share.
