Rosewood Guangzhou

The room wasn't very big, and I almost got lost with so many elevators. All the staff were very polite and provided excellent service. The concierge service was great; they proactively helped with loading and unloading luggage. The pool was nice, and the gym was also very good.

I brought my parents to Guangzhou and chose the Rosewood Hotel as our top pick. I've always loved Rosewood's interior design. Our butler, Nugent, contacted us early on and was incredibly attentive. Rosewood is perfect for family trips; the two rooms had an additional outer door, offering excellent privacy and quietness. The view was also fantastic. Plus, K11 is right downstairs, and you can access it directly from the hotel's first floor, which is super convenient. After dinner, we could stroll in the park downstairs and even walk to the iconic Canton Tower. It's also about a 12-minute walk from the US Consulate. The service, from concierge to front desk, was excellent throughout our stay. I'll definitely choose Rosewood again next time.

The service at Rosewood is definitely worth the price. I arrived around 12 PM, and even though I didn't get my room key until two hours later, I wasn't too bothered. I just went downstairs to K11 for lunch. Seeing the constant stream of guests, I figured they were genuinely swamped with cleaning. The pool water quality was excellent. Next time, I'm looking forward to experiencing the Residences.

The Rosewood Guangzhou truly lives up to its reputation as a benchmark for high-rise city hotels; my entire stay was exceptional. Located on the upper floors of the CTF Finance Centre, the 95th-floor lobby is grand and elegant, and the elevators are fast and smooth. Check-in was efficient and orderly. The room's panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered a spectacular view, with the Canton Tower and Pearl River nightscape perfectly visible – the evening and nighttime scenery were particularly breathtaking. The interior design is simple yet luxurious, with high-quality furnishings. The Frette bedding was comfortable and soft, ensuring a great night's sleep. The marble bathroom is spacious, amenities are exquisite, and the bathtub by the window created a wonderful ambiance for a soak. The service was attentive and thoughtful, responses were prompt, and attention to detail was evident. The high-altitude pool and fitness center are top-notch, and breakfast was consistently good, with authentic Cantonese dim sum. Overall, it's quiet and private, luxurious yet understated. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure stays, making it a top choice in Guangzhou worth returning to again and again.

Booked two rooms with a friend to check it out. The hotel has an excellent location, but the facilities and service are just average, nothing special. The minibar items are all chargeable, which feels a bit stingy. It's definitely not on par with the Rosewood Hong Kong. However, I have to give a special shout-out to Ivan at the Guang Yu Xuan restaurant for his super attentive service! 👍

The hotel's overall ambiance is elegant and grand, with a public area design that's truly impressive. The room's natural light and views are fantastic, making for a truly peaceful and pleasant stay. A special thanks to Zilia for arranging a little cake for us, it was a lovely surprise! Chris, Amanda, and Winston were all great too. The stay exceeded our expectations!
