Booking 3 rooms 3 nights at this hotels turn out to be disastrous and it left a stain on my whole journey which would otherwise be a perfect trip. The hotel is old and shabby, carpet is old and worn-out and dirty. All this shortcomings are still bearable until when members of my group decided to take shower. Guess what ? There was no hot water in the rooms during this winter stay and some of my family were forced to take cold water shower. Knowing that extreme weather struck exactly during this hour and hotel staff should had the courtesy to inform us when checking in, knowing there was no hot water in all these rooms all this while. The staff were fully aware when we confronted them. We were forced to look for alternative hotel nearby ( we hate doing last minute stuff ) and it took us more than half a day to finally locate another hotel with hot water facilities. The only consolation we have is, after dealing with trip.com for a couple of times, we managed to get refunded for 3 rooms 2 nights stay. Thanks again to trip.com's staff.
