廣交會期間，到處房價飆升，在網上搜到這家店，體驗不錯
1：對比周邊房價，性價比高，餐飲樓下很多選擇，休閑唱k，便利店都有
2：位置可以，到萬達廣場不遠，走路13分鐘就到，停車方便，地面地下車庫都有
3：乾淨衞生，一客一換，洗衣機冰箱都有，還能看個投影
4：看了一下正負評論，綜合了各方訊息我選了這家，會議期間配這個價位還是能接受，説平時更便宜，也是良心價

當天因為周邊有會議，周邊房價都很高，選擇性不多，在網上找到這家店，相比當天的房價性價比不錯，而且還給免費入級了一個套間房，空間真大，住着很舒服。
因為凌晨才入住，我怕起不來，跟前台反饋了一下，同意了延遲退房的訴求，溝通很順暢，熱情有耐心
房間有洗衣機，冰箱，熱水器也是24小時保暖。
衞生很乾凈，房子還新，周邊吃喝較多。
停車可以直接開到門口，挺方便，店家給我申請了一個優惠券才13元一天。
一次不錯的體驗，推薦一下。

感覺挺不錯的，剛到酒店的時候和朋友的房間不在一個樓層。因為是特價房，按規則是不能換的，但是老闆人好説話，把我們兩個的房間調動，重新安排在同層了，太麻煩商家了，但前台很有耐心，有問必答，真的不好意思。
房間乾淨衞生，空間有超30多平方，周邊交通便利，美食眾多，夜景很美，體驗不錯。

和朋友在隔邊羊之道吃燒烤喝醉了，店員推薦了這家公寓，服務不錯，前台人員看我喝醉了，還把我扶上樓，找到房間，並一再叮囑如有不適及時聯繫，真的非常人性化，值得推薦
