Mixed Experience: Excellent Service, Poor Conditions
The reception staff deserves high praise. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting us with package deliveries and consistently checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality was genuinely appreciated.
Unfortunately, the overall experience was significantly affected by the property’s condition. Upon arrival, we encountered a wet floor that was buckled and uneven, creating a genuine safety hazard. Despite our three-day stay, this issue was never addressed. Walking required constant caution to avoid tripping.
The accommodation claims to have a kitchen, but it is completely equipped with no cooking utensils or appliances, making it entirely unusable. During our second night, we discovered a cockroach outside the bathroom, which we had to kill with our shoe. Additionally, several electrical outlets were non-functional.
Sound insulation is severely lacking—we could clearly hear footsteps, conversations, and movement from the floors above throughout our stay. The sofa in the living area is old and worn, with springs clearly protruding through the upholstery, making it uncomfortable to sit on.
While the staff’s warmth is commendable, the poor maintenance and sanitation issues need urgent attention before welcoming more guests.
