The front desk was very welcoming. The airport pick up and drop off service was pretty good. The breakfast was really decent as well. The room air conditioning could be slightly improved. The indoor swimming pool didn't allow kids younger than 12 which was unfortunate. Everything else was really good. Spacious room and washroom. Highly recommended

I stay there just one night , the hotel is near the airport, but its far from the city , so if you are foreigner you would miss the food , otherwise you eat Chinese food

Clean room but be prepared if you request non-smoking room, you may find ashtrays in your room and cigarette odor. Reception could not communicate English well. At Check-in, they showed mobile phone with English translation to inform me breakfast on 2nd floor. Luckily, my Chinese colleague helped me requesting free airport shuttle bus (it was only me on the bus).

This Grand Hyatt Hotel is OK. Although the hotel is a bit old and the facilities are also old, it is in the style of the former star-rated hotels. The lobby is large, the rooms are OK, the breakfast is average, and the price/performance ratio is OK.

I have stayed here many times. The room I stayed in this time was the highest type. The room was spacious, bright and clean. There are food courts and some convenience stores around, which is very convenient. Especially since I had an early flight, there was a drop-off service and breakfast was prepared in advance, which was very heart-warming! Will stay here next time!

The next day I had to go to the North Station to pick up my relatives. I went directly to the hotel after get off work in the evening. I also thought about swimming in the morning before picking up people. As a result, when I arrived at the hotel, I found that the decoration was very old! I was very tired when I checked in. The front desk lady asked my name several times. She had no smile and looked cold. The breakfast was really bad! The swimming pool can only be used after 1 pm... The elevator is shabby and the door card didn't respond several times. There are so many things! I will never come to this hotel again!

The hotel rating has always been low. I stayed here once before and gave it a bad review. I didn't believe it this time and stayed here again. The result was the same. There was no service, no improvement, everyone at the front desk was an old man, there were endless large meetings, and the lobby always looked like a vegetable market.
