#衞生廁所有異味，時不時發出陣陣惡臭。#房間設施太老舊了，樓梯也窄，不好走也不安全，突出的牆壁容易碰頭，上樓梯幾次都撞到頭了。插座也老化嚴重，充電器插上去都是鬆動的，沒有一個是插得穩的，就衹有房間兩個插座勉強能充電，其他根本充不進去。熱水器是那種燒水式的，還不能燒着水用，燒了兩個小時的水，關完電之後洗澡水温居然下降還這麼快，體驗感很差，洗澡的時間都不夠，如果想連帶着洗頭的話真的是想都不用想。#床床鋪看着就很舊，試用時間年久，而且都不知道是不是會更換的，我和朋友睡上去就身上癢，大腿還起疹子，一晚上都睡不安穩。#位置交通位置特別偏僻，在小巷子裏面，而且是自助入住，按密碼進去的，密碼很簡單，安全性可以説是很低了#性價比周邊的酒店也是這個價格，就是小了點，當初就是嫌棄周邊酒店房間有點小才想選擇民宿的，現在體驗完衹想説，趕緊跑！！

房屋地理位置非常好，距離永慶坊、上下九、陳家祠、泮塘等地方都很近，步行不超過2公里，出行方便，可以圍繞荔灣區幾個景點呈圓形去逛。 房屋乾淨整潔，也很有氛圍，複式的結構個人很喜歡。 智能門鎖，熱水、空調等應有盡有。 在民宿拍的照也都是實拍～很出片

離永慶坊月亮橋超近，衹需要四分鐘～ 有問題老闆也都及時解決了 總體來説是不錯的

五一假期比較忙所以衞生的有點晚入住時間有所延誤 但衞生很乾凈 後面延誤了一小時退房 房東也沒催 地點離永慶坊上下九很近 附近美食很多 自助入住很方便 房東態度很好 而且晚上挺安靜 值得推薦

很有童趣的～位置優越，人文氣息濃，可惜沒有窗～
