Had a fantastic stay! The room had great natural light, and the facilities were well-maintained and felt new. The cleanliness was top-notch, even in the corners, and the toiletries were good quality. Check-in at the front desk was quick and efficient, and the cleaning staff were prompt. Even the delivery staff were very polite. The whole stay was comfortable and hassle-free. The hotel is super close to Beijing Road Pedestrian Street, only about a 3-minute walk away. The room was clean and tidy, and they even included breakfast and a simple late-night snack with tea. Plus, they offer 24-hour freshly ground coffee! The front desk staff were really helpful and even assisted with collecting packages. I loved their service attitude!

very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast and the best is with supper provided, oriental style (porridge, sweet dessert, some fresh fruits and instant noodle). Amenities provided as full range, equipped with washing machine. Great service. Highly recommended.

Very good hotel, with free b/f, tea time and supper. The hotel staff are helpful, I always asked for help n they provide clear direction. The hotel also very clean and near to the Beijing Lo. Very convenient for food and shopping.

The hotel is located on the 6th and 7th floor of an old building. There is a bbq skewer just downstairs of the hotel. It’s relatively small but the room was pleasant. I requested for a quiet room and we couldn’t hear a lot of noises compared to other rooms. Breakfast and supper were great for the price of this hotel, definitely value for money! This hotel is also very convenient to walk to the Beijing street, lots to see and shop! Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The front desk staff were very helpful and satisfactory. However, the first room assigned had a noticeable odor, and even after switching rooms, the new one still had a similar issue. Additionally, some of the facilities in the room were not in ideal condition, which affected the overall stay experience.
