First of all, when we entered the community, the so-called "butler" who added us on WeChat said he would come to the door and take us to the villa, but it turned out that he didn't. Then we drove around a few times before we got there. Because there were undecorated villas all around, when I arrived, I saw a man inside and asked if it was the one I booked. Was it the wrong one? He said yes without any expression. I don’t know if he has social phobia, but he left without saying hello to us. So there is no so-called butler service at all. The sanitary conditions inside are poor, the longan in front of the door is already smelly on the ground, and the hot pool and sauna are out of stock. Even if your reply to me is that it is closed in the summer, you can indicate it when I make the reservation instead of having to explain it to me on site. I really couldn't bear to tell their housekeeper that it took more than half an hour for the housekeeper to come over and tell me that it was the aunt who was cleaning. I said that the aunt was not cleaning very well. The so-called housekeeper asked me how much I wanted my aunt to clean,  I'm really speechless. The second thing I wanted to tell him was that the shower room was clogged very quickly and he told me that it was resolved but it was still clogged in the end. There was also a crack in the wash basin and he explained to me that it did not affect the use and did not need to be fixed. In the end, it kept leaking. I really couldn't bear to open Ctrip and tell the customer service that I wanted to check out one day early. Ctrip told him at 5pm that we would be given half an hour to pack our luggage at 12pm the next day. If it took more than half an hour, we would not be able to return the luggage. I see here that I sincerely thank you for my serious evaluation, and I sincerely tell you that you will regret it if you stay here. In fact, as long as you solve the problem seriously, I won't be angry, but your attitude is too cold and unresponsive. Including the next day, an aunt came over and asked us whether the complaint was about uncleanness. I pointed to a place, and the aunt said that it was none of her business, and then left. That's it anyway
