City Holiday Hotel Guangzhou Baiyun Airport Renhe Metro Exit B

Since I had an early morning flight, I wanted to book an airport pick-up a day in advance. The hotel said there was no need to book, as a shuttle runs every 20 minutes. I landed, got my luggage, and was at the waiting area before 1:15 AM. I called the hotel, and they said the driver was at T3 and would be there soon. They wouldn't provide the driver's phone number or license plate, just told me to wait. I called the hotel multiple times, and each time they said he was almost there and to wait a bit longer. At 2:20 AM, I called again to ask how much longer, saying we'd take a taxi if it was too long. They then said the driver was stuck at the entrance and to wait. Meanwhile, other hotel shuttles had already made three round trips. I ended up waiting for nearly two hours. By the time I left, the airport was practically empty. I finally got to the hotel at 3 AM. I was already exhausted from the early flight, and my entire schedule was thrown off. To top it all off, I found out it was an e-sports hotel. Everyone, proceed with caution.

Perfect choice for those with an early flight. The hotel offers a convenient airport shuttle, which is a huge help. The rooms were surprisingly spacious – a rare find in a large Chinese city. Overall, the hotel left an exceptionally positive impression, highly recommend.

Very, very good! Excellent service. Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport T1/T2/T3 terminals offer a 24-hour free airport shuttle service: Very good.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were especially helpful with my booking and extending my stay. I really appreciate their assistance!
