They obviously wanted to upgrade me to a room type. I told the hotel before I checked in. However, after I checked in, I found out that I was not upgraded at all. The room was very small. After calling the front desk, they upgraded me to a business-sized bed. The carpet in the room was dirty and the sound insulation was poor. It’s not good either. There are mosquitoes in the room. The electric mosquito-repellent incense didn’t work, so I didn’t have a good night’s sleep. There was no shower gel in the bathroom, only empty bottles, and the breakfast was very basic.
