Crystal Orange Guangzhou Baiyun Airport

I spent the whole night swatting mosquitoes. The room also had a strong odor, and considering it was last renovated in 2016, it's definitely showing its age. The front desk was kind enough to upgrade my room, which was nice, but the strong smell and all the mosquitoes meant I didn't get any sleep and ended up covered in bites.

Both rooms were clean and tidy, and the windows provided excellent soundproofing. The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too firm, so I slept really well. The free airport shuttle service was fantastic, and they even thoughtfully prepared a simple breakfast, which was a lifesaver for early departures. The staff at the front desk, both the guys and girls, were super helpful and answered all our questions. There's a food street right next to the hotel with lots of delicious options. I'll definitely come back if I have the chance!

This hotel is excellent! They called me on the morning of my arrival to confirm everything and even offered airport pickup, which was a huge help since my flight landed late. I arrived at the hotel in the morning, and they graciously extended my check-out time. Such thoughtful service! The room was very spacious, bright, and airy, and the cleanliness was top-notch. Definitely great value for money.

The environment is great, and the front desk staff (both guys and girls) are really enthusiastic. They respond to messages quickly, and the airport shuttle service is super convenient. The surrounding amenities are also excellent. If you're here for a trip, staying here is absolutely perfect. Plus, the bed is really comfortable – not one of those overly soft mattresses. I woke up feeling completely refreshed, it was fantastic!

They offered airport pick-up, which was very prompt. The wontons for breakfast were delicious, and the service was excellent. It's also super close to Sunac Land, which is really convenient. Thumbs up! I'd definitely come back if I need to in the future.
