The bed and blanket is not clean and make me cant sleep in night. However，they even dont give any refund on this matter and not worth the price.

It's my first time in Guangzhou and I chose this hotel for my husband's birthday. The hotel staff specially arranged and decorated the room in advance, and I didn't even inform them about it. I only informed them when I arrived and ask for a small birthday cake the next day, and they delivered. When we entered the room upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised! There were balloons and beautiful stickers on the floor-to-ceiling windows, and other birthday decorations in the room. We stayed for three days, and the room was cleaned thoroughly every day. The hotel staff assigned to us, Xiao Qing, was very thoughtful and checked in on our satisfaction during our stay. Rachel and some other staff helped us alot as well. It was a wonderful stay at the hotel, and we were happy to meet such lovely staff. We will definitely come again next time!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Elegant Hotel in Guangzhou, and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff’s attention to detail was evident in every interaction, and they went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I particularly loved the midnight snacks and desserts; they were a delightful treat and added an extra touch of luxury.
The location of the hotel is fantastic, making it easy to explore the best parts of Guangzhou. If I had to mention one minor drawback, it would be that my room was a bit on the darker side. However, this did little to detract from my overall experience. Thank you, Elegant Hotel, for your warm hospitality—I look forward to my next visit!

My friends from Australia stayed there so I went to meet them from HK. It was truly an exceptional choice. I thought I paid for the afternoon tea, late night meal and free soft drinks; however, it seems that all the guests checking in enjoy the perks. With all the fine amenities, the impressive one is a set of charging wires nicely kept in a bag on the night stand next to the bed. The staff are very helpful and friendly, I asked them for the directions of a restaurant and he gave me very sensible suggestion which turned out a very satisfactory one.
