The air conditioning in our room was broken. The staff were initially unwilling to switch our room, instead repeatedly attempting to 'fix' the same faulty unit. Their only offer was to provide us with a fan. How can anyone sleep with just a fan when it's 35.6°C in Guangzhou? We only received a room change after significant persistence, which led to us having to move our entire family and luggage late at night. We are extremely unhappy with the way this situation was managed.
