The roads around Hengli Plaza are places for midnight snacks at night. Opposite Hengli Plaza is Wanmin Plaza, which has a lot of places to eat.

① The promised check-in time is 2 p.m. We arrived at the store on time and were asked by the front desk to wait in the lobby for half an hour or store our luggage; ②Before going to bed at night, there suddenly appeared the sound of electric drills and banging in the building. I communicated with the front desk many times. At first, I said I didn’t know the source of the noise, but later I blamed it and said that the noise came from the building next door (the authenticity needs to be verified). I called Ctrip customer service after 11 o’clock and asked the platform to help communicate. The landline in our room couldn't make calls (it must have been set up). I went downstairs and asked the front desk for help. I contacted the manager on duty and was forced to stand in the lobby for about 20 minutes before the manager showed up and refused to acknowledge the existence of the noise. The proposed solution was to change floors, but the sound of an electric drill was heard. Strong penetration cannot be solved by changing floors. My parents, who are nearly 70 years old and have underlying diseases, usually go to bed after ten o'clock. Finally, I took sleeping pills at one or two o'clock in the morning. I slept for a total of several hours. In the morning, there was another noise of decoration in the hotel yesterday. Wan was lying when he claimed he was unaware of the noise. The hotel manager and front desk lied throughout the entire communication process with the platform; ③The room is unhygienic. There are food residues on the chair. The bedding is not clean. Please look at the position of the bed when you wake up in the morning (Picture ②) In short, people who need a safe, quiet and hygienic environment should avoid this hotel!

There are many places to eat around and there are plenty of parking spaces. The hotel lobby is very atmospheric and upscale. The smell is great as soon as you enter. It's great.

The water plug was removed from the bathroom floor and the hair was not cleaned. The bathroom shower head leaked and the shower hose was too hard to use. The wash basin has hot water but no cold water.
