首先我想説網上5.0的評分都是真實的嗎？騎樓是挺有特色的，房間也是很大，乍一看挺不錯的，但是待一會兒就不對勁了，不能細看……牆角的黴點斑駁，還有下水道返出的惡劣氣味……為了散味道開了點小窗和空氣凈化器然而並沒有用！想着老房子有這樣的問題可能是正常的，忍忍吧，可是這幾天廣州挺冷的晚上就12度，這房間又高又大！空調還壞的！衹能把取暖器放床邊……在廣州凍感冒是不是挺離譜的？當天晚上就想搬走了……打開大眾點評找附近的酒店，赫然發現這家在點評上才賣三百多一晚？攜程要八百多！良心不會痛嗎？？？
好的地方也是有的，客服態度很好，推薦了吃飯的地方，隨時回覆消息。地理位置也很好，就是房間設施太讓我失望了是次不好的體驗，那個味道真的太噁心了🤢以至於我想快點回家！
對了，店家提供了泡澡用的袋子但是卻沒有浴帽，記得自己帶，對氣味敏感的人強烈不推薦這家。
以上完全實事求是沒有半點誇張

帶兒子感受騎樓特色，酒店位置十分便捷，鄰近北京路，周邊很多小吃和飯店，民宿酒店服務很好，很贊。具有獨特風格的設計元素，感受了一番老廣州東山少爺的情懷。值得推薦！

位置方便，騎樓挺有特色的，到晚上馬路邊是挺吵的，給了隔音耳塞，説實話北京路這一片的酒店晚上都很吵面積還超級小，這家民宿已經是很大了

位置方便，房東迴應速度超快，乾淨衞生，和照片一致，超出預期，不過唯一美中不足的是每到了做飯時間，油煙機管道就會飄來其他住户做飯的味道，建議加裝個顧慮的東西。因為超出預期，所以在這續訂了一次，值得推薦。

位置很方便，無論是步行、騎行或者公共交通都很便捷，沿路的小店也能夠發掘一些城市風味。雖然是騎樓，但是內部裝修很新，也很貼心地提供了化粧棉和小皮筋。提出的問題房東姐姐都能及時回覆並解決。洗衣房不是獨立的而是公用的，冬天的時候暖氣稍微有點不足，但好在有加熱器，總體而言是一次很滿意的住宿。
