The room is quite clean and hygienic! It's relatively spacious, but the sound insulation effect is poor! I originally booked a standard king bed room, but when I arrived at the store, I was told that I would be automatically upgraded to a business king bed room! I was a little happy! In fact, it’s not that good at all! I had booked a room without windows before, but now I have upgraded to a room with windows, which still faces the road! The windows are closed tightly, and trucks are coming and going on the road at night! It’s so noisy! There was no way to sleep! Moreover, the air conditioner has a fixed temperature and cannot be adjusted! It was always 28 degrees, and it was only 27 degrees at about 4 o'clock in the morning! The hotel provides thick quilts, which are extremely hot when covered, but cold when not covered! Under the influence of these two factors, I couldn’t sleep at all! Speechless!

The facilities are old and there is a musty smell in the room. Especially when the air conditioner is turned on, the air that blows out is full of musty smell and cannot be turned on. There are blood stains on the towel! The most important thing is that there is a parking lot and a small road downstairs. Large trucks keep passing by at night. The glass sound insulation is very poor and several houses have no sound insulation. It is very noisy! I was woken up many times during the night! Not recommended for everyone to stay.

Check-in network is poor, but the environment is okay. You need to communicate with the customer service desk to check in again or you will have a better experience. The hygienic environment is okay, but you must communicate well with the network before checking in

Newly renovated and open for trial operation, there were a lot of problems. There was no water pressure in the shower (no water could spray out even if the shower head was pointed upward). Water did not flow out of 2/3 of the holes in the ceiling spray. It was impossible to take a shower at all. Finally, I reopened another room to take a shower. I just washed it. Forget it, I slept until 3 o'clock in the middle of the night. The speaker in the bathroom started playing music for no reason (the sound was super loud). The music control panel was completely broken and I couldn't turn it off. Finally, I pulled out the room card and the power was cut off. I just stopped, plugged in the room card again and finally fell asleep. The ringing happened again at 9am, so I had to go and pull out the room card again in embarrassment. As for other things, I couldn't find the curtain switch. I tried to pull the curtains manually, but the hooks came off, so I had to sleep with the curtains open. I can’t watch live TV, and there are only a few free movies. I can’t seem to cast the screen (I didn’t study it carefully) and the TV responds very slowly. There is no back cover for the remote control’s battery compartment, and half of the bathroom mirror’s front light is broken. I really can’t live up to the Lufeng brand and I’m extremely disappointed.

There is a parking lot at the door, and parking is free. The carpet in the room was very dirty, and the toilet glass was relatively transparent. I don't know who designed it. I forgot to give a breakfast coupon on the day of check-in, so I was asked for a breakfast coupon when I had breakfast the next day, which was quite embarrassing.

In the past, I would often choose Lavande when traveling for business because the environment is good, clean and quiet. As a result, this Lavande tonight was crazy. There was almost no sound insulation. When the neighbor next door got up to chat at around six o'clock in the morning, our wall was like a loudspeaker. It was super clear and speechless! ! ! ! ! ! In all my years of staying in a hotel, I have never seen such a poor soundproofing effect! ! ! ! !
