Yilin Chengji Hotel (Guangzhou Baiyun Station Jiangnan Market)

I don’t rate hotels but my stay was so terrible I had to rate. I fell extremely sick from second hand smoking. I thought this was a non smoking hotel but it isn’t. Online it says non smoking but the hotel reeks of smoke.  Housekeeping is extremely lazy, dusts were in my room, I attached photos, I was sneezing and coughing all through my stay from dusts in the room, torn pillow cases and torn bed covers, they always left used towels at every room cleaning, elevator stopped working for 2days, the hotel is noisy. There’s a construction going on. During the day, you can’t sleep without hearing construction noises upstairs. The only good service were the dining area staffs. They are nice and lovely ladies. I wonder how this is a 3star hotel. It should be a one - two star hotel. I don’t recommend.
