We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel — truly one of Guangzhou’s best-kept secrets. It feels almost unbelievable that such a serene and enchanting place exists right in the heart of this modern city. From the moment we arrived, the staff impressed us with their kindness and generosity. Every request was met with genuine warmth, and they went above and beyond to create memorable experiences for us, from a delightful afternoon tea to a fascinating tour of their wine cellar. Our children were thrilled with the pool, while we were captivated by the breathtaking views from the hotel. Every detail contributed to a sense of relaxation and discovery. This hotel is nothing short of magical, and we will most definitely be returning.

Location: The courtyard location is a bit difficult to find, requiring prompt communication with the housekeeper. However, the setting is tranquil and peaceful amidst the hustle and bustle. Service: The housekeeper was very attentive and handled any issues promptly. If we needed to adjust our itinerary, gifts and services could be arranged to suit our schedule.

A friend came to Guangzhou and booked this unique hotel. The hotel has a great view, is close to the river, and has a delicious breakfast. It's a pity that I didn't have time to stay for a few more days. It's very suitable for vacation and leisure

Service, breakfast - excellent. Nothing to add or subtract. 4. Amenities - everything is there, very good shower sets, fragrant and high-quality.

The busy night market is just a 10-minute walk away. The campus as a whole is very peaceful and exciting. The service is so friendly that you forget where you are. Various details make you feel loved. Breakfast is from 8:30 to 10:30, and the portion is large yet exquisite. Full marks for beauty.

I really thought about giving it one star. Because I don’t want too many people to disturb this tranquility. But I think I can't let down the hard work and friendliness of the staff here. So I still give it five stars realistically. Originally, I planned to drop off my luggage at the hotel and then go to Haizhu Wetland and Haifang. After arriving, I found it so comfortable and beautiful here that I didn’t go out for the whole day. Especially in today's weather, having breakfast outdoors is really pleasant.

I went there to see the red cotton flowers blooming. I booked a room with a small balcony, but the customer service upgraded it to a room with a large balcony for free. I can see the Window of Guangzhou by the river. The environment is nice and I am very satisfied with it. The room is well-equipped, with free afternoon tea and snacks. Overall, it is not bad.

After going to afternoon tea several times, I finally had time to stay at Xilinyuan. The room is not big, warm and comfortable, afternoon tea and breakfast are great, I will come again.

The night before Chimelong, I found a hotel close to the park, which was very unique. The price was reasonable during the Spring Festival, including afternoon tea and breakfast. The only thing is that the location is in a village, so if you want to have a business district and a variety of restaurants at night, it may not be the first choice.

I will come to Xizhou once or twice a year. This is my second time staying at Xilinyuan, and the service is as always👍. Although the wind and water are cold in the off-season, Xilinyuan is still very comfortable under the warm winter sun. Will come again for a short vacation if I have the chance.
