Master switch can turn off but it can’t turn on. The first time, I entered to the room. I also felt strange that the style of room. I didn’t see the soap and shampoo in the bathroom.

Boya Hotel is also Flower Hotel. There is no lift to Reception counter on 2nd floor. Rooms also at Level 2. Need to carry luggage out the the floor if you don't mind. Room is big enough for 2 person. But don't like the fragrance smell in the room & the hand wash soap. U can walk about 20min to Beijing Road city walk.

Very comfortable and affordable room in a good, quiet location. Staff were very friendly and kept our room clean while letting us use many of the staff amenities like the microwave, would come back.

Horrible experience. I saw two cockroaches 🪳 one was big and I killed the small one. What bothered me the most is the room temperature. I set the air conditioner to the lowest and yet it wasn’t cold enough. I was sweating through the night. And the room I had was so tiny that I can barely move in the area. You open the room and you’ve bed right there. No windows too. But they did replace the water bootle and cleaned the bathroom in one of the nights.

Great sized room and balcony, but the property is poorly maintained and cleanliness is an issue.
Mould and calcium stains in the bathroom & the room floor whilst free of dirt particles, left the soles of my white socks, brown. looking under the bed to get something I dropped, left no doubt about cleanliness with a thick coating of dust found there.
I’d suggest another property to stay at.
