Good location for shoppers. We stayed at guestroom 3 beds maximum for 6 pax, they only provided 3 bottles mineral water, toothbrush, towels. You need to request for extra. Overall good service.

Helpful reception, near Beijing Lu walking street, can provide utensil for eating as per request

Always my best choice but this time stay the room a bit less maintenance. Hope that the hotel person in charge take care more about the cleanliness and maintenance.

Location area for shopping is the best

Ideal location. Spacious. Friendly and helpful service. Good water pressure. Clean. My careless booking earlier at Miri Pullman received no response from *********** for my refund enquiries. I canceled the wrong booking 2 months ahead but my mails reminder for refund were ignored. I guess *********** forfeited my entire payment. Will not use *********** ever for extremely no customer service at all.

PROS: location is real good in my opinion!! malls on the left and right, and its close to famous restaurants! plenty of food choices! definitely got to try the bao's pastry just right below and 廉记冰室 which is only 3mins away towards the left (roast pork and roast goose are to die for SLURPS!! receps are pretty friendly and nice, they helped us to keep all our taobao goods safely and indicated remarks on it so that we can easily collect them. we actually arrived ahead of check in time around 12:30 but they had room available so we were able to go up to our room immediately. pretty nice and clean room that is spacious enough for 3. great lightings both in the day and night CONS: we got the room at level 28 but the given room were not the same as the first 2 photos in the listing, its the 3/4 photo of the listing with 2 beds placed side by side with just enough space in the middle for the chair. and i'm not very sure why the amenities provided were for 2 even though my booking was for 3, we requested for extra set of towels on the first night but subsequently they also didn't replenish for 3? pretty funny right? we just gave it and make do with 2 sets anyways. they had 2 sets of disposable towels slotted beside the mirror but TAKE NOTE those are chargeable!! its stated on the packaging if read carefully so we didn't use them. shower gel and shampoo provided felt quite funky too? my friend and i felt so itchy from it after shower so we just got our own shower gel and shampoo afterwards. OVERALL: will still book this hotel again if visiting for its good location
