民宿開在一個老破小的社區裏，房間很窄，很簡單，床品比較便宜，房間有異味，小小陽台打開，就是隔壁家的廚房、排煙、洗手間之類，民宿外環境如圖，有農貿市場，到處修，灰塵大！不過步行5分鐘有購物中心，步行10分鐘是沙麪。

總體居住環境不錯 ，不像酒店更像是在自己家居住的感覺，店家很熱情態度很好，還有洗衣機跟冰箱，環境不會吵很安靜

潮濕 被褥純棉的也不是
地面一層灰塵
根本就是一夜無眠

民宿是難找的
過道狹窄而昏暗的
房間是狹小的
浴室的牙刷是掉毛的
沐浴露和洗頭水都是洗不乾淨的
床單是沒洗乾淨的
拉屎的時候整個房間都是滂臭的

本來想離地鐵近，又在想去的沙麪附近，結果是大坑。以後至少要是酒店，中老年人市中心不要定什麼民宿。畢竟不是年輕人，身體沒那麼好，又有其他原因很晚才到，路不熟，定位不準非常難到。等到了和酒店完全沒法比，加上假期出價高，心裏不太開心，沒有預防這種情況未帶一次性床品，加上勞累，今天一醒來就覺得臉上癢，一天下來才知道過敏了。從未過敏過。房東説床品都是消毒過的，但我當時覺得皺巴巴，完全不像是洗過重鋪的。也有可能是鋪床阿姨沒經驗？房東人還是不錯的，很耐心。也許年輕人可以嘗試

設施：是三年前的民宿了 天花板有些許發黃 沒有圖片那麼乾淨 地毯看起來有年代感 房間沒有圖片那麼温馨
衞生：總有一股下水道的臭味 民宿離附近的垃圾桶蠻近😱
環境：離黃沙地鐵B口很近 兩三分鐘就到 但是離市區什麼的景點較偏 大概都是三四十分鐘起步 對景點路程有較高的遊客慎重 畢竟在地鐵站着很累😢
還有就是外賣 定位的導航很怪不知道為什麼 不是很準 總得走到小巷外的和平西路才能拿到外賣
入住的話看到路上的湛露街就走進去左轉第一條小巷子就是（詳細見圖片）！我們當時繞了好久😫
服務：房東姐姐很貼心！投影儀不能用還來修理 蒽還很關心我們噠~

房間很乾凈，特別是馬桶，擦的超白亮，好意外！設施也很齊全，空調、衣帽架、冰箱、洗衣機都有。周圍離景點也非常近，走路就能到沙麪、永慶坊，而且在地鐵站旁邊很方便，周圍的早餐店糖水店燒臘店也多，味道也很好，那個有名的吳財記麪館就在旁邊。隔音方面的話，如果隔壁大聲説話的話能聽到（但是聽到次數很少）。作為學生出遊，我覺得體驗感非常不錯！
