The boss was enthusiastic and answered all my questions. We arrived at 10:30 in the morning and went directly to the room to put our things and then went out to the park. The room we were given was facing the park. During the daytime construction in the lobby was basically unheard of, but a little noise could be heard in the room. The room was fully equipped and it was a pleasant trip!
