It is in the form of an apartment unit, and the room type is a converted guest room from a unit in an old apartment building. It is 1 subway stop away from Guangzhou South Railway Station. There are many restaurants, supermarkets and convenience stores on the hotel street, making life very convenient. It is about a 10-minute walk from the subway entrance. It is also very convenient to take the subway to other places in Guangzhou.

乾淨衞生，離高鐵站近，去城裡地鐵也很方便，性價比很高，住的非常滿意熱水空調也是槓槓滴方便，店家態度挺好，下次來廣州一定還住，樓下一條街都是炒菜火鍋粉燒烤各種，很棒喲～

房間其實還不錯的，唯獨這個空調有大問題，非常非常的老舊，打開的時候過了一段時間才開始運作，而且還時不時發出咯吱兩下的噪音。

設施：齊全、較新、好用。
衞生：乾淨整潔。
環境：距離廣州南站從南側沿地面步行半小時可以到。設有地下自動扶梯，但指示費解，很難辨別方向，強烈建議不要走。從大洲地鐵站出來更近，步行不到十分鐘可到。位置屬於城市鄉村結合位置，有鄉野氣息。
服務：熱情、耐心，讓人很舒服。
整體便宜實惠，倒車或較長時間類入住不錯。出行有客運站、有地鐵，方便。也有去番禺的99路公交車，但車站距離遠，標識不好，找站難，乘坐不太方便。注意：照片是離店時拍攝，物品是使用後的狀態。

公寓位置很好，離廣州南站很近，步行十幾分鍾就到了。附近飯店比較多，吃飯比較方便。衞生情況還可以吧，設施比較簡單。房間空間還是比較大。

房間雖然沒有窗户，但是不悶，也比較乾淨。樓下街上有早餐店和超市，晚上有燒烤攤小龍蝦，超市營業時間也很長，吃飯買東西很方便。位置在村口，進出也挺方便的！從廣州南站過來空手走路不遠，但拖箱子路比較粗糙不太好走。店家人很好，專門發短訊指路，但當時我跟着導航悶頭找路也沒看到，繞了好大一圈才過來。開始沒弄明白怎麼用熱水器，回覆消息也很快，妥善解決啦！小小建議，如果空調能加個風擋就好啦 睡覺那個位置有點兒吹頭😂

酒店周圍環境好，附近小吃飯店多，交通便利，樓下還有自動販賣機，離南站非常近，走路也才10分鐘左右。住宿環境乾淨，服務快捷，配置齊全，也方便停車。

房間在一樓沒有窗户，很潮，還很吵，樓上隔壁一點動靜説話都聽得很清楚，沒有衞生可言，就熱水器跟床可以用，其它都是擺設，因為懶得搬將就住了兩晚上，拍的圖片看不出衞生情況
