This is the most terrible hotel I've ever been to in the world! If you don't want to ruin your stay in the city, don't stay here. The room is completely covered in mold, just like the other rooms, even the kettle is covered in mold!!! It's good that I looked. Staying in this hotel is very life-threatening. The staff doesn't care about you at all, no one wants to do or decide anything. The cleaners will be rude to you, break into your room without your permission, I felt unsafe there. I am attaching all the photos of the room below.

The reception looks good, the rest of the hotel is in bad condition. Did not like the place at all. The images of the rooms are AI generated and the actual condition of the room is quiet bad. The carpets have a musty smell and the wall has mold on it. When we asked for a better room, they asked us to pay more. The front desk workers do not know english and will not even try to communicate and make things easy.

The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries were complete and of good quality. Hot water came quickly, and the water pressure was stable, making showering and washing very convenient. All room facilities were well-maintained; the air conditioning, TV, and internet worked perfectly. Attention to detail was also excellent, with ample tissues, drinking water, tea bags, and coffee provided, ensuring a worry-free and comfortable stay. The public areas were elegantly designed and equally clean. The corridors were quiet and tidy, and the elevators ran smoothly and quickly. The hotel's location is also very convenient, making travel, dining, and shopping easy. The surrounding transportation is smooth, making it suitable for both leisure and business travelers. What truly enhanced my impression was the hotel's attention to service details. Staff members always greeted guests proactively, responded promptly to requests, and maintained a gentle and polite demeanor, truly making me feel at home. The overall value for money is excellent; whether it's the environment, cleanliness, facilities, or service, there's nothing to fault. It was a comfortable and reassuring stay. Next time I'm in the area, this hotel will definitely be my first choice, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to friends who need accommodation. It was indeed a very satisfying stay.

I don’t think u will want to stay here with unpleasant smell in room, non proactive staff at the lobby, smoky corridor and more! Online purchased area are tons with lots of item. U need to self check your own items. Staffs won’t be helping u. The amenities at the lobby are always the same amoint like didn’t really top up the items.

The front desk service was excellent. We arrived early and they specially arranged for us to check in. They tried their best to accommodate all our requests, which was great. The location is also very convenient for getting around.

Suitable for a short stay, it’s clean although the carpet has a smell to it. I was impressed by the breakfast and the breakfast patio with beautiful lush green plants. The service was excellent, response time to any question or request was near instantaneous.
