Excellent service from front desk receptionist to room cleaners! They made my stay much enjoyable! Even got a complimentary upgrade to canton tower view.

The only hotel that provided unrestricted internet out of all the hotels we stayed in guangzhou and Sanya . We can access Google and YouTub etc. nice high ceiling and a nice long bench for luggages. The bathroom light is not good though. A good place to stay.

This was the most beautiful and luxurious hotel I have ever stayed at. The 5 star is fully deserved and the view of the Canton tower and River was incredible. Taking a bath with that view was the icing on the cake. The staff are also very friendly and supportive and the location is central to everything in Guangzhou. If you want a top hotel in Guangzhou, most definitely choose the Conrad, the pool is excellent as are the spa services.

Hotel is always my priority when it comes to travelling as a good sleep will affect the entire travelling mood!!Im so glad and lucky that I chose Conrad during my Guanzhou trip as everything of this hotel is just so wonderful. Service from the front desk supervisor, Daniel is professional, after our long haul flight, he took the initiative to offer early check in at around 1 pm and provide some snacks to our room. Facilities wide for sure is good from the huge indoor swimming pool, rooftop bar facing the Canton tower view and the minibar inside the room is FREE for their guests.Not to mention the location is strategically located in the Tianhe CBD district and linked to the IGC mall directly. Overall Experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💫💫

Room is fantastic and service is excellent. Staff are generally quite friendly. Location is good as the hotel is connected to a shopping mall and opposites are all shophouses with bistros and restaurants. Convenience stalls are nearby, supermarkets too. Overall, would recommend people to stay in this hotel.

Excellent services, staff were very polite and helpful.  Easy access to nearby places, close to shops and restaurants. The hotel bar has a good view and drinks are good too.

What we like: The spacious room with interesting layout, great service from the concierge, good location. Air conditioning in the room was a little difficult to adjust but overall we had a very memorable stay.

Call to room service to request Conrad duck for kid. But got rejected. Surprise that hotel is so cheapskate on the plastic duck.
