Yihe Hotel (Guangzhou Tower Pazhou Convention and Exhibition Center Branch)

The hygiene was truly satisfying; both the room and bathroom were spotless. I felt completely comfortable walking barefoot on the floor, which is so important for an accommodation. This is a very trustworthy hotel.

Seriously, I can't believe how this hotel got a 4-something rating. It's just a partitioned room with zero air circulation, and it reeked of mold. The hotel clearly has no basic hygiene standards whatsoever; it was suffocating. Honestly, the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

There was a sour smell at the hotel entrance, but it disappeared once I entered the lobby. The room was a disaster; there were seven or eight mosquitoes, stains on the bed, and if I hadn't looked, I wouldn't have noticed the bugs under the pillow. I travel frequently for work and have stayed in many hotels cheaper than this one, and I've never had an allergic reaction before. To top it off, due to the Canton Fair, I couldn't switch rooms, so I spent the entire night itching. When I called the front desk, the staff member who came was polite but offered no solutions. A hotel costing 466 yuan should definitely not be like this.

The service was meticulous and attentive, and the check-in and check-out process was quick. The front desk lady was particularly kind and proactively helped me with my luggage. Very thoughtful!

The hotel is close to Canton Tower, and public transport, subway, and dining options are all conveniently located nearby. It offers great value for money.
