Great location, staff can’t speak english, dirty room, i was booking for non-smoking room but staff put me in smoking room i have to change it which very difficult to communicate in english

room was too small. there was no window in the room. too much troublesome in washroom area specially. can't find out the way to close door 😝

I booked a hospital stay with my child for 11 nights. I saw there was a parking lot here and I had a good impression of Vienna, so I chose this place. I didn’t expect that the walkway to find the parking lot was very narrow. I was shocked when I found the parking lot. The second floor below looked like a garbage dump. Layout, no planning. It is inconvenient that the front desk phone always disconnects when I call it. There is no anti-slip mat in the toilet, which is a bad comment. A child fell down while wearing disposable slippers. I stayed for one night and canceled the remaining 10 nights. Picture 4 shows that the price is about the same. The room is spacious and has windows. It is also close to the hospital. I would rather pay for the parking fee of 20 yuan per day at Wuyangcheng Hotel.
